here, give us a call, or register your requirements.

Once you have found the property to meet your needs you simply complete one of our application forms, available from our negiotators that will be helping you every step of the way. We will confirm dates for moving in once satisfactory references have been obtained and availability confirmed.

On the day you move in, you will be greeted at your RE/MAX office. One our experienced staff will guide you through the tenancy agreement and answer any questions you may have. Payment of the first months rent and deposit will be taken, and you will issued with copies of your inventory and keys. You are free to move in at your leisure.

During you tenancy, any queries you may have will typically be resolved by our team based RE/MAX offices in Milton Keynes. Here, all matters relating to maintenance, rent payments,renewal of contracts, inspections (conducted every three months), and when the time comes, moving out. Full contact details will be given to you with your move in pack, together with a copy of your tenancy agreement.

Landlord
